I'm sorry, but I have nothing to say. I don't know if anyone's reading this, but I've run out of ideas. I can't determine what's interesting or unusual any more. But I've just finished catching up on my friends' blogs (and I commented on All Of Them, sometimes twice), and I'm feeling all nostalgic for my buddies. Ahem. I'm sorry, I'm being maudlin. I need to go shopping, I think...
I met a CIA man on Friday night, working in the US embassy here and broadly spying on the Sandinistas. He talked about his Christian rock band. Not sure if that was a cover, or if it was sincere - but he didn't seem that interested in maintaining a cover.
That's actually the only interesting thing that's happened to me this week. I'll try to come up with more, and I'll let you know.
Really people, if you're reading, PLEASE post a comment. I have lost all sense of whether this is being read or not. (Clare, Lucy, you're exempted, for being exemplary. Everyone else, you should be more like Clare and Lucy).

I'm still reading! Actually I've an email that I've been writing to you, on and off, since before Christmas, and now it makes no sense. I know, I'll start it again!
But if I've not sent it by the end of tomorrow I'll donate 10 euro to the charity of your choice. Irish time!
I am under strict instructions to write a guest blog entry... Which I will do this week! Just as soon as y Spanish exam is out of the way...
I'm reading too, and I'm not Clare, and I'm not Lucy. Although sometimes I like to go by the name of Diane, but that's a whole other blog.
And seriously...if you meet someone who actually works for the CIA, you've got to make more of it than that. We live boring lives in this part of the world, where we'd be lucky to meet someone who works for the GAA. Give us the goods (and feel free to fabricate - we're just looking for cheap thrills).
Proper email will follow.
Sorry! I'm still reading. I keep checking it every day, and sometimes start comments, but then my blogger account has a wobble and I can't be bothered typing it all back in... but I'm still reading! Please keep posting!
And thank you so much for your lovely comments on my blog. You're a star.
Another reader here! But I've been in a cave for the last few weeks, what with exams and assignments and other things that a 30 year old woman should not have to be doing.
And! I'm sending another reader your way... a friend of mine who's interested in development work, and who's about to move to Dublin. I may put him in touch with you for advice and things, if that's ok?
